Talk to us if you use Portrix, WebCargo or any freight quoting/pricing platform. We can surface the quoting data from Cargowise, etc into First Freight CRM where your sales team can see what is going on and take appropriate action.

Quotes will soon be a new category visible on the Main Navigation Menu - Select Quotes to open your main Quotes screen:

With integration, users will be able to drill into any quote to see further details.

Open any Company Details screen, you will also see a Quotes tab at the top.

Select the Quotes tab to view all Quotes at this Company. Drill in for more detail or update information with the edit icon (pencil) on the far right side.

On every Deal Detail screen, you also have a Quotes tab showing all Quotes related to that particular deal.

Check the status of any Quote or click the edit icon on the right to update information.

In Deals, on any Deal Detail screen, you also have a Quote tab that provides visibility into all Quotes related to your particular DEAL:

In Contacts, on any Contact Detail screen, you also have a Quote tab that provides visibility into all Quotes related to your particular Contact:

The Quote Form captures all relevant information including quote status, mode requested, dates involved, notes and conditions; a "snapshot" of your Quote.
