When you choose ACTIVITY on the main navigation menu, on the left side, you immediately see your upcoming calls, meetings and tasks. You may view these by DAY, WEEK or by MONTH.
You may also Add New Events like Calls and Meetings and new Tasks, directly on the ACTIVITY screen.
You may also indicate when you have completed a task with the check box. You may view all Active and Completed tasks.
If you are a Sales Manager or higher, you may use the drop-down filter in the upper right corner to view the ACTIVITIES of any of your sales reps.
You may also run Activities Reports, but the ACTIVITY screen gives sales reps and managers a quick "snapshot" of calls and meetings and where to take action!
