Calls and Meetings are "Events" in First Freight CRM. But Tasks are...tasks?

Tasks are activities that must be done physically, that do not include a call or a meeting. Perhaps dropping off a contract at a shippers office..? Or ordering a birthday gift for a customer..?

You may add a task from the Activity screen on the main navigation menu.

Or you may add a Task to a Company. Or to a Deal.

For example, click the Tasks tab on any Company Detail screen:

In this case, there are no "Active" Tasks at this Company.

You may toggle the Completed button to view Completed tasks.

On the right side, fill out the information about your New Task:

First, enter a Task Name and a brief description.

Next, add a Calendar "due date", the Deal to which the task is related and the Contact at the Company.

When ready, click the blue Add Task button.

You new, active Task now appears in the list...
