Once you log-in to CRM, click on your own name in the upper left corner.
This will open your personal Profile. There are THREE tabs. Click the Sync tab.
Choose O365, Outlook Exchange or GMail and click the Activate button below.
Enter your email client credentials and then click the SAVE button.
That's it - well done!

The sync in First Freight CRM is "bi-directional" so your information will be kept current in CRM and in Outlook, for example.
Best Practice: add your business-related calls and meetings directly in First Freight CRM. It will save you time and keep all events organized at the Company or Deal level.
