Video above provides an introduction to the built-in freight-specific REPORTS in First Freight CRM.

Reports may be run at anytime! They help sales reps and managers see primarily two things:

1) What Activities are scheduled? What Calls and Meetings with what Companies and why?

Note: Sales Managers run Activities reports for their team. They can see what events are scheduled and offer to join a call or meeting to help WIN the business. These notes and comments can all be shared in CRM and help everyone be engaged with the Company.

2) What Deals am I pursuing? What deals and lanes are in what sales stage? What is happening next to maintain or win the business?

Start by choosing REPORTS on the main navigation menu on the left.

RUN Activities Reports to see what calls and meetings are scheduled. If you are a manager, run for one or more of your team members! See what is going on!

Filter by Company or Deal Type, if desired.

RUN the amazing Deals Report with myriad Filters to slice-and-dice your Sales Pipeline and see exactly where your deals stand!

See all of your active deals at a glance, with all the relevant info in one place.

Running along the top in blue, you can see your Deal Totals: number of deals, estimated revenue, profit, volumes.

Scroll down and click to open any Deal to view lanes and other details.
