CAMPAIGNS:

The Campaign capability within First Freight CRM drives conversions of Companies and Deals! It's focused sales collaboration!

Set-up and manage Campaigns, either Global or Local, with Companies in CRM; leads, customers and other company types may be targeted with a Campaign.

Campaigns may be added in the Admin section by any user with CRM Admin access.

Select Campaigns under the Admin section on the left side navigation menu.

Once a Campaign has been set-up, the Campaign will appear in the dropdown on the Company Detail screen.  When you add or edit a Company, you may associate the company with a Campaign.

Campaigns are indicated either Global or Local, Active or Inactive.

Global Campaigns

Global campaigns are visible to any users within the subscriber and any linked subscribers.

If you add a global campaign for your EMEA region, it will be available for any users within all regions (EMEA, USA, SEA, etc).

Local Campaigns

Local Campaigns are only visible for that specific subscriber. If the CRM user creating the campaign is in EMEA, then only EMEA users can see this campaign - it will be not appear for any other linked subscriber for saving or filtering.
