From the Users screen, CRM Admin may the the +User button to add a new user. Or click 'view' next to any Users name to open User details.
From the User Detail screen, you may click "Switch to User" which allows you to view the CRM as any user. This helps with troubleshooting and training.
From the User Detail screen, you may also click Edit User to see even more details, adjust Sales Management Hierarchy, Enable or Unenable Login and more.

Location Manager (Station or Branch Manager for example)
District Manager (West USA, East USA for example)
Country Manager
Region Manager (EMEA, Americas, East Asia, SE Asia...)

User Roles in First Freight CRM are managed by your CRM Administrator.
Only a CRM Admin has access to the CRM Admin Panel and can adjust user roles.
If you are a Sales Manager and unable to view the sales activities and performance of ALL Sales Reps reporting to you, please contact your CRM Admin for a quick alignment.
